The challenge
We never saw this before.
The previous site wasn’t just outdated—it was barely holding together. The WordPress install was so old and tangled that plugins routinely crashed the site, layouts collapsed without warning, and pages loaded at a crawl. Mobile visitors were met with a frustrating, nearly unusable experience, and even small updates risked breaking entire sections. Everything about the system felt unstable, disorganized, and on the verge of failure.
The work
We needed to work fast.
Rebuilding Trinity High School’s site meant more than a fresh design. It meant sorting through and transferring over a thousand pages and articles that had piled up over years of daily use. Every section had to be reviewed, mapped, and reorganized so the new structure made sense for staff, students, and families.
The analysis alone was slow, detailed work. We spent long stretches of time studying how content was used, what could be consolidated, and how to rebuild everything without breaking the flow of an important educational resource.
More than once, the scale of the project kept us awake at night as we worked through the best way to redesign a site this large, fragile, and essential to the school community but that did not deter us. We were hot headed about giving Trinity what they needed to a leader in this space online.
The outcome

The new Trinity site feels alive now. Clean, fast, and built with all the thoughtful touches that make it a joy for students, families, and faculty to use every day. Navigation is smoother, pages load quickly, and everything is organized in a way that finally makes sense for a busy school community.
We rebuilt the entire experience with a true mobile‑first approach, making sure every page looks sharp and works flawlessly on phones, where most visitors first connect with the school. No more broken layouts or awkward scrolling...just a steady, reliable experience anywhere.
Trinity is also on our highest‑tier Webmaster Program, which means we keep the site fresh, updated, and running perfectly with unlimited changes whenever they need them. They focus on their community; we handle the rest.
